Import / Export section does not work at all? v3.13.3.0

Hi! The import/export section does not function does not work, none of the buttons work?

I have emptied browser cache and tried IE,Edge, Chrome and Firefox! The Import/Export page does not work, you cannot click any of the buttons, they do not work?

Also emptied the shop cache in the admin area? Shop >>> Toolbox >>> Cache
If necessary empty cache/ and templates_c/ via FTP (except .htaccess and index.html)
Then empty the browser cache again.
Which PHP version is used?

I have emptied all Toolbox Caches as well! Are you saying delete all files under templates_c apart from htaccess and index ?

I have this error at the bottom of every screen as well, not sure if this is related:

Apparently something didn't work during the installation. Apparently there is something missing. I would try the installations again.
